Dawn is Vice President of Practice Management and a results-driven leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, elevating advisor productivity, and driving sustainable business growth.  An experienced speaker, facilitator, and certified business and executive coach, she has led the launch of numerous virtual practice management workshops and custom coaching programs that help advisors increase revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

With deep industry experience spanning leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Cetera Advisors, and HD Vest Financial Services, Dawn brings real-world insight and is known for her highly personalized approach. She partners closely with advisors to understand their unique challenges and goals, establish clear milestones, and execute actionable plans that support long-term growth and business health.

Dawn holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dawn calls Denver home. When she's not working with advisors, she can be found singing in a cover band, exploring new artistic hobbies like painting and drawing, or enjoying Colorado's great outdoors.
